Live in the Light

To come into the light of Your cross –

exposed in the glare – yet not glare exposed in the gently penetrating light all pervading showing us what we are yet if we will but look showing us what You are love grace life giving us of who You are love grace life That, indeed, the only way to life, to live truly, is to lose it by looking not to ourselves but to You, by living focused not on ourselves but to You, by seeing not through our own eyes but in Your light.

Somehow! Holy Spirit, come upon us, change our seeing, grant us the courage to live in the light of Your cross each day,
